TaylorMade Golf have chosen golf’s leading launch monitor and simulator company, Foresight Sports Europe, to create an incredible VIP fitting experience at their Basingstoke facility, accompanied by a custom-built putting green with PuttView analysis.
As more and more of golf’s elite look to find an indoor golf simulator solution, TaylorMade Golf have set the standard with the latest edition at their European HQ. The facility, located at their Basingstoke office, will provide the ideal location for a VIP club fitting experience. The space will be available for all their Tour Player ambassadors and for hosting new product launches.
Foresight Sports Europe are the launch monitor and simulator of choice for the project. They designed and installed a custom 16:10 simulator, complete with fully upholstered panels on the walls and ceiling to provide a luxury finish. The GCQuad, the most-used launch monitor in the industry, will deliver unmatched precision and directly measured ball and club data, to ensure accuracy in every session.
Alongside the golf simulator, the Foresight Sports Europe team have also installed a custom putting green and PuttView analysis system. The custom green is the first of its kind in the UK, using CNC milled contour pads that were designed and manufactured to fit exactly into the space available and provide a variety of breaks and slopes on the green.
PuttView transforms any putting green into an interactive putting environment. With its ball tracking technology PuttView can project the last putt in real time, directly onto the green. Allowing the user to compare their putt to the ideal line and track their performance.
