The Women in Golf Awards has launched a new project with 59club and are looking for the help of women and men who want to shape the future for women working in the golf industry.
All they are asking for is for people – men and women – to complete two 10-minute surveys per year for the next 5 years.

Awards founder Nicole Wheatley, said: “Like everything we do, the Fairways Project is for you and the wider golf community. We want to improve the industry’s culture, help companies make better provision for women and understand how to hire and retain female talent.
“We want your experiences to lead the conversation, and it’s not just our questions we want to answer, tell us what you want to know and we’ll find out!”
All you have to do at this stage is add your details to the project sign up. These will not be shared with anyone other than 59club. If you’d like to take part it is recommended you use a personal email address, because who knows where you’ll be in 5 years’ time?!
The first survey will be ‘Getting to know you’ this March, which will be followed by the first full 10 minute survey in early May. Click here to sign up and become part of something really important.
