Acushnet offers a diverse range of equipment and is committed to ensuring that consumers select the products that are most suited to them, thereby enhancing consumer satisfaction and the value of the brands.

Although Acushnet considers that retailers with bricks and mortar stores are the appropriate channel for the full range of its products, we also appreciate that dedicated online retailers can provide a consumer experience befitting both brands. However, those retailers wishing to promote Acushnet products online are required to reflect the prestige and quality of the Titleist & FJ brands and their products. It is important that any online retailers that sell or wish to sell authorised products meet these strict requirements, so that Acushnet can be confident that consumers are able to select the authorised products best suited to their needs. 

To be considered for approved online retailer status an Acushnet customer must

  • Have been trading with Acushnet for a minimum of 12 months
  • Apply in writing and complete the on-line application process.
  • Have a warehousing, distribution and customer service infrastructure that will deliver world class service to consumers.
  • Meet increased stock holding and product ranging expectations across all categories to ensure a premium experience and representation of the Titleist and FJ brands.

Acushnet Account holders who do not / will not meet authorised online retailer status can: -

  • Advertise all current and non-current Titleist/FJ products and show their retail pricing on their own websites. Offering a click and collect service from store is permissible.
  • However, no transaction / payment can be completed through your own website. This is in breach of various sections contained in our Acushnet Authorised Account Criteria (AAAC) document.
  • Sell non-current Titleist/FJ products via internet auction sitesg., eBay. Non-current products are those not found in the current Titleist/FJ catalogues or price lists. Please contact your Area Sales Managers before posting any Titleist/FJ products on auction websites.
  • Not to sell any Titleist/FJ, either current or non-current, via any other 3rd party retail websites.

Please note that any breaches of the AAAC can and will result in account suspension. We want to avoid this happening wherever possible so please liaise with your Area Sales Manager or Head of Sales to avoid conflict.
