A rare opportunity has arisen to join the UK sales team as the Area Sales Manager for Scotland, a role that will report directly to the UK Northern Regional Sales Manager. The Area Sales Manager will be responsible for the management of the Northern and Eastern areas of Scotland, selling PING equipment, soft goods and apparel product

Key responsibilities:

  • Growing and managing the sales and distribution of PING golf clubs, soft goods and apparel with defined customers in the area.
  • Developing and executing strategic sales and marketing plans with defined customers and maintaining strong, sustainable customer relationships that optimise account activity.
  • Regular reporting to the sales management team on general market conditions and customer activities.
  • Provide clear order recommendations that are suitable for each customer’s business
  • Ensure PING products are merchandised in-store to provide maximum brand exposure
  • Creation of business plans and proposals for new and existing opportunities to achieve sales targets that are in line with company expectations
  • Monthly sales reporting and business reviews with customers, analysing sell-through and product opportunities
  • Ensuring new product launches are planned to maximise product exposure and sales
  • Delivering the highest level of customer service.
