The Opportunity

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic potential or registered PGA Trainee Professional to join our professional team on a full-time basis.

This is an excellent opportunity for an aspiring golf professional to develop their career within a supportive, high-quality resort environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with coaching programmes for members, visitors, juniors, and beginners
  • Support daily golf operations including tee sheet management, retail sales, and member services
  • Help deliver custom fittings, club repairs, and equipment advice
  • Contribute to the organisation and smooth running of competitions and golf events
  • Uphold the high standards and professional image of Farnham Estate Golf and the PGA

Ideal Candidate

  • Potential or currently registered PGA trainee (Year 1–3 welcome)
  • Strong communication and people skills with a genuine passion for coaching and service
  • Team player with a positive, professional attitude
  • Previous experience in a golf retail or operations environment is an advantage
  • Eagerness to learn and develop within a professional setting
