Owned equally by all our Partners, the TGI Golf Partnership is operated purely for their benefit, utilising expert retail consultants, proven marketing techniques and a close working relationship with our high quality Partner Suppliers.

As a close-knit group we share everything – a passion for retail excellence, high quality products and, most importantly, our success, with Partners receiving annual cash dividends and bonus shares (subject to status).

To become a part of Europe’s leading golf retail services group, owned by PGA Professionals there are a few things that we need to check.

Full Partner

• Be Class A PGA Professional
• Reach the annual minimum retail shop turnover (enquire for further details)
• New Full Partners will be charged a one-off joining fee – this can be paid in full straightaway or paid over 24 flexible monthly instalments
• In order to ensure voting rights within the Partnership each Full Partner will be required to acquire 200 ‘A’ shares. These are valued at the price set by TGI Golf’s auditors at the date of purchase
• Each Partner is required to make an annual minimum purchase from TGI Golf’s Partner Suppliers. This should be 70% of your purchases throughout the year or an absolute minimum of £30,000
• Entry to the TGI Golf Partnership remains at the sole discretion of the Board of Directors

Associate Partner

• Associate Partners should employ a Class A PGA Professional to conduct their buying and retailing on their behalf
• New Associate Partners will be charged a one-off entrance fee paid in full straightaway or by four six monthly instalments
• Associate Partners are required to make an annual minimum purchase from TGI Golf’s Partner Suppliers. This should be 70% of your purchases throughout the year or an absolute minimum of £30,000
• Entry into the TGI Golf Partnership shall be at the sole discretion of the Board of Directors.
