Annual General Meeting

TGI Golf will be holding its 2011 Annual General Meeting at the Harrogate International Centre (HIC) to which all shareholders are invited.
The meeting will be held on Wednesday 26th October. The venue will be the Queen’s Suite within the HIC.
Formal documentation will be sent to all shareholders in due course outlining the resolutions proposed. A short presentation with question and answer session will follow the formal part of the meeting.
TGI Golf would urge all shareholders to attend the meeting.
