Membership
TGI Golf Europe has currently 25 members in the Benelux region many of which are located at extremely established clubs and courses.

The points below outline the full membership criteria;
European Full Membership
- All Members should be primarily dedicated to "On Course Retailing".
- Membership entry shall be at the sole discretion of the Board of Directors.
- A new Member will be liable to pay an entrance fee. This can be paid in full or over 24 monthly instalments.
- The Member will become a Shareholder in the Company upon receipt of the initial payment being allotted to the purchase of 330 shares. The balancing payment will be due payable at a date in the future, to be determined by the Board upon the establishment of a successful trading platform by TGI Golf with Suppliers.
- All new Members will be subject to an initial six month assessment period. If, at the end of this period, the Board is of the opinion that the new Member is not an asset to the Group, he will be asked to leave when half of any entry monies paid will be refunded.
- TGI Golf Europe Limited Members cannot become members of any other buying group.
- The TGI Golf corporate identity must be displayed where possible in ALL shops, with bespoke Point of Sale material available.
- Minimum purchases from Accredited Suppliers should be 70% of total purchases and/or an absolute minimum of € 40,000 purchases from our accredited suppliers.
- Terms of trade with accredited suppliers to TGI are generally 30 days or such other terms as may be agreed by them from time to time. It is the clear responsibility of each Member to adhere to these trading terms, and to deal with as many of these accredited suppliers as possible. Persistent non-adherence will result in disciplinary action being taken by the Board. This can include expulsion from the membership of TGI Golf Europe Limited.
- All members should be contactable by E-mail and must respond to ALL correspondence / offers within specified timescales.
- Every member must attend at least one Regional Meeting per annum.
